Terms & Conditions

1. All rates refer in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
2. Minimum requirement of pax must be at least 2 adults
3. Children rates apply to children 4 to 11 years old. Infant 0 to 3 years old is free. (Children age is based on check in date)
4. Resort check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm. Early check-in or late checks-out request are subject to availability
5. Maximum Occupancy Policy:
   • Family Duplex: 5 persons*
   • Premier Suite: 3 persons*
   • Classic Deluxe: 4 persons*
   *Total of adults and children.
6. Pets are not allowed in the resorts
7. All of unused services/activities provided in the package are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-deductible.
8. Full payment is required upon confirmation. All payment will be forfeited if there is any cancellation, no show or amendment of the booking.
9. The booking is confirmed once we have received full payment.
10. Postponements of Trip: We need at least 1 month notice on any changes or postponements before trip commence date, subject to availability.
11. The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond the management control.
12. All members taking part in any activities organised by the management shall do so at their own risk.
13. The management has right to make any type of modification of the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational condition.
14. The management reserves the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws. Changes will not affect Reservations that have already been purchased but may affect Reservations made in the future.
15. The management reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
16. By proceeding with the reservation, the guest agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
17. Foreign tourists staying at paid accommodation in Malaysia are subject to pay a Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night effective from 1 September 2017.
